Terms and conditions

1. The Old Coast Road Brewery adheres to the resposible service of alcohol laws.
2. No person under the age of 18 will be served alcohol.
3. If you look under the age of 25 you will be required to present a photo ID current driver's license,
   a passport or a Proof of Age card in accordance with liquor licensing regulations.
4. Persons supplying alcohol to under-age patrons will not be tolerated.
5. We will refuse the service of alcohol to any intoxicated person.
6. We will refuse entry to any person already intoxicated.
7. Smoking is only allowed in designated area.
8. Parental supervision is required at all times if your children are in attendance.
9. Playground facilities are for children.
10. No glass is permitted in the playground area and it is recommended that children wear shoes
    at all times.

1. Minimum numbers required.
2. Venue hire required.
3. The Venue Hire fee helps us cover the costs associated with preparing for and cleaning up after your function.
4. Children are very welcome. Please talk to our function manager about the cost of their meal.
5. The Cocktail function, the Set-Menu and the Buffet function are only available outside our normal trading hours to the public.
6. Prices are subject to periodic change to reflect changes in our costs.
7. Bookings will be cancelled after 7 days if deposit not received.
8. Deposit: Venue Hire.
9. Deposit non-refundable within 7 days of function.
10. Final payment 1 day prior to function.
11. Confirmation of final numbers required 7 days prior to function.
    (ie. booked for 40, pay for 40) not negotiable.
